FAQ
This FAQ section addresses common questions about our vases, ordering process, shipping, care, and policies to provide customers with clear, convenient information. If you have additional questions not covered here, please refer to our other policy pages for further assistance.
One of the most frequent questions is about vase materials and care. Our vases are available in various materials—hand-blown glass, ceramic, porcelain, terracotta, and metal—each with specific care instructions. Glass vases can be cleaned with soap and water and are dishwasher-safe (except for hand-blown pieces, which should be hand-washed). Ceramic and porcelain vases should be hand-washed to avoid chipping, while terracotta vases should be wiped clean and dried thoroughly to prevent mold. Metal vases can be wiped with a damp cloth to remove dust. We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers for all vases to preserve their finish.
Customers often ask about vase size and capacity. Our vases come in a range of sizes, from small bud vases (2-4 inches tall) to large floor vases (24+ inches tall). Each product page includes detailed dimensions (height, width, opening diameter) and capacity (how much water they can hold), helping you choose the right vase for your flower arrangements. We also note whether a vase is suitable for fresh flowers (water-safe) or only for dried flowers or decorative use.
Order processing and shipping times are common inquiries. Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days and shipped shortly after. Domestic orders arrive within 4-8 business days, while international orders take 10-22 business days. Tracking information is provided once the order ships, allowing you to monitor delivery progress. Upon delivery, inspect the package for damage before signing, and unbox carefully to check for chips, cracks, or damage to the vase.
Many customers ask about shipping and packaging for fragile vases. We use specialized protective packaging for all vases, including bubble wrap, foam padding, and reinforced boxes, to prevent damage during transit. We also partner with carriers experienced in handling fragile items. If your vase arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging for assistance.
Questions about returns and exchanges are also common. To be eligible, vases must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the specified timeframe. Damaged, chipped, or used vases, or items with missing original packaging, are not eligible. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly due to our error. For full details, refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
International customers often ask about customs duties and taxes. Any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking local customs rules before ordering to avoid unexpected charges, especially for fragile items.
Finally, many users ask about vase warranties. Most of our vases come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects (such as chips, cracks, or uneven finishes that were present upon delivery). Normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, damage from improper handling, or misuse are not covered. This feature is clearly indicated on product pages. This FAQ is updated regularly to address new customer questions and policy changes.
